Take care of our Mountain

As the weather warms up and we get to spend time on our beautiful mountain we need to remember the yearly projects that require our attention to keep the mountain looking its best. We remind each owner of their responsibility to kill any thistles they find on their lots as early as possible to prevent them from flowering and spreading. We also request that you continue to work on removal of dead trees on your lots.  Property owners also need to make sure their culverts are clear of dirt and debris.  Any road damage caused by blocked culverts will be charged to the lot owner.  Also please be aware that with all the extra snow roads will be very muddy, it is easy to cause road damage at this time of year.  Please make sure the roads are clear and dry before trying to bring in a trailer.  Then, when you are driving the roads and pulling trailer – Please use your 4-wheel drive.

Submit a Plot Plan

There are many new owners this year so as a reminder, you must submit a plot plan for approval before ANY work is done on your lot. The forms as well as the CC&Rs and Architectural rules are available on our website under the documents tab.

If you are interested in getting involved but don’t feel quite ready to take on a board position, consider volunteering on the Road Committee or the Architecture Committee, send us an email to [email protected] and we will get you added.
